Coach! lifter! and lifelong athlete!
From representing Thanet on the Kent Athletics Team to a few years in MMA, boxing,
over a decade in parkour, even working with Cadbury,
and training with Red Bull athletes, and teams like Storror on an average Saturday,
movement & strength has always been a passion After injuries pushed me away from parkour, I found a new purpose in powerlifting and bodybuilding.
Chasing raw strength and seeing what’s possible naturally.
So Coaching felt like the right path to share knowledge

Now I coach people to become the strongest version of themselves
From athletes improving performance and longevity in their sport,
to everyday people chasing their next level.
My Niche?
I specialize in a number of areas, one of which is urban sports performance;
helping parkour and skate athletes build the strength, control, and resilience their sport demands.
But I also work with men and women who simply want to get seriously strong;
whether that’s slimmer or taller guys that want to packing on size,
or women rebuilding strength, confidence, and vitality through training.
